Innovative Products

With the Ustam brand, Marsa, which holds a leading position in the pastry sector, became the first brand to develop trans-fat-free products across its entire product group. With Croissant and Puff Pastry products offered in 2 kg packages, it differentiates itself from the competition, providing convenience to its customers. In the croissant product category, it offers pastry customers an innovative alternative with a milk-fat margarine product containing pure fat and butter flavor.

Ona Breakfast products developed for export markets under the Ona brand are offered to consumers with their unique butter flavor and have also received the ITQI Superior Taste Award. Low-fat margarines developed for strong brands such as Luna and Sabah for export markets have recently been added to the product portfolio. With the new investment made in block margarine production lines, in addition to 2.5 kg block products, large-size 1 kg margarine production can also be carried out.

With the brands Akbis, Akrim, and Mars in the industrial product category, it also meets customer needs with a wide product portfolio including biscuit fats, special filling cream fats, chocolate fats, and coating fats.
