We met with Chefs of the Future at Eskişehir Anadolu University!

We met with chefs of the future at the kitchen of Faculty of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

Students from the gastronomy department who attended event first are gained insights on the proper use of shortenings thanks to Marsa demo chef Yaşar Sadıkoğlu. In the second part of the event, students who received training from famous boutique pastry chef Deniz Debedil on “cake decoration techniques with sugar paste” competed fiercely with the cakes they decorated by adding their own interpretations.

Wonderful prizes were awarded to the students who ranked in the top three according to jury evaluation.
