The event held on May 20 under the sponsorship of MARSA attracted great interest from local and international media.
The event, which started with a cake cutting ceremony at Zilkale accompanied by horon dances, continued with a commemorative photo in front of the Pastry Chefs’ Gratitude Monument. The panel held in Ayder, moderated by Yaşar Sadıkoğlu, Marsa’s demo chef from Çamlıhemşin, discussed the history and development of pastry in our country.
