The new training of "Advanced Pastry Decorating and Marzipan Coating Techniques", executed in corporation with USTAM and Bogazici University Lifelong Learning Center (BUYEM), was carried out by the participation of eight masters of our own at the Cookhane during the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. in June 25, 2013.
