In partnership with Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Centre (BÜYEM), we enable 'The delicacy Training in Boğaziçi with Ustam' project to reach our masters from Gaziantep. Marsa, adopting the principle of describing the pastry down the the last detail to our masters and also providing taste and knowledge together to reach all across Turkey where needed, carried out the training in Gaziantep Divan Hotel on May 28, 2014. Firstly, Our Yaşar Sağlıkoğlu master gave detailed information about Ustam products in the training, to which 20 master participated. 'Advanced Pastry Decorating and Marzipan Techniques' of our master Deniz Debedil and the ongoing training has attractead a great deal of attention.
